STEM education is at the heart of all RiverQuest programs.  With environmental science as the central theme, programs explore the interactions between humans and the environment on board EXPLORER, a one-of-a-kind green vessel. Equipped with university-quality sampling and testing equipment, EXPLORER brings technology to the forefront of the student experience. Diverse topics engage students in the processes of problem-solving and engineering, and highlight the importance of applied mathematics in interpretation of data sets, use of scientific models, and the identification of water quality trends. It's also a fun way to learn!
