RiverQuest celebrates the haunting season with the 5th Annual "Spirits of the Riverfront" storytelling sails on Fridays October 21 and 28.

Passengers ages 8 and up gather for macabre reminiscences of storm-ravaged rivers, legends of deadly fog... and even the mysterious theories surrounding the ghost bomber of the Mon. Other seasonal activities and sweet treats are included.

  NEW SPRING 2012 PROGRAM SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE  
 

Through the generous support of area foundations, RiverQuest is able to offer the following programs at a significantly reduced cost. Additional support for financially challenged school districts may be available to support RiverQuest fieldtrip bus and substitute teacher costs as well; some restrictions apply.   FALL FINALE:  SATURDAY SAILS, OCTOBER 22 & 29  
  Saturday Sails exploring the science of colorful fall foliage as well as the basics of Marcellus Shale activity will be held on Saturday, October 22 and Saturday, October 29.   Sail times are 11:05am, 12:35pm, and 2:05pm.  Last Saturday Sails until Spring 2012!  Tickets $5.95 - $7.95, available at Carnegie Science Center.
