Great dates for school programs are available in late March, April, and early June. Environmental Science teacher workshop day is March 18, 2011, and Enviroment, Energy & Economy teacher workshop day is April 1, 2011 (no fooling!).

Last time we asked: What major inland river was the Pilgrims' intended destination?

The Answer: The Hudson River. Leaving England in the fall of 1620, the Pilgrims left England in late 1620, intending to cross the Atlantic and arrive in the Hudson River region of what is now upstate New York. Instead, they ended up in Cape Cod Harbor, where the Plymouth settlement was established in 1621.
