Join RiverQuest and the National Energy Education Development (NEED) Project for a 2-day session on Enhancing Energy Education. Content ranges from the basics of physical science to the timely and balanced discussion of alternative energy sources and their pros and cons. From traditional energy sources like coal and natural gas to the future potential for wind, solar and shale gas-based energy, the workshop aims to enhance classroom instruction.
Limited to 25 participants, both pre-service and in-service, of any grade. It is focused for, but not limited to, providers of science education. Valid for 12 Act 48 hours.
